Repairs

Installations
New builds and first-time central air. Right-sized equipment matched to your house with a real load calculation — not just the biggest unit on the truck.
Changeouts
When a unit is past saving, we swap it without drama: old equipment hauled away, the new system installed, dialed in, and tested before we leave.
Quarterly Maintenance
Four visits a year to keep small problems small: coils cleaned, filters swapped, refrigerant and electrical checked, everything documented.
The Comfort Plan
The cheapest repair is the one you never need
Quarterly maintenance catches worn parts, dirty coils, and low refrigerant before they turn into a dead system on the hottest day of the year. Comfort Plan members get:
- Four tune-ups a year — two before cooling season, two before heating season
- A real tune-up every visit: coils cleaned, condensate drain cleared, refrigerant pressures checked, electrical connections tightened, capacitors and safety controls tested, filter changed, and a carbon monoxide test on the furnace
- Priority scheduling — members go to the front of the line when something breaks
- A written condition report after every visit, so you always know where your system stands
- Transfers with the house — sell the place, and the remaining plan goes to the new owner
One flat price per system, billed yearly or monthly. Repairs are always quoted before any work starts.
